• Baptisms are generally held on Sundays at 1:30pm.
• All sponsors must complete and submit a sponsor form prior to the event.
• Any baptized, confirmed, practicing Catholic who wishes to be a Godparent needs to complete and submit a Baptism Sponsor form (available for download below and also in printed form in the parish office.
