What: OLV Parish Picnic
When: Sunday, August 16 – 4:00PM to 7:00PM
Where: OLV School Gym and Grounds
What you can bring:
- Yourselves
- Lawn chairs
- Picnic blanket (if you wish to sit outdoors)
- A dish according to your last name:
- A-N: Dessert
- O-Z: Side Dish (like salads, fresh or cooked veggies, chips, dips, cheese, mac & cheese, etc.)
However, if you have a specialty that you enjoy making for picnics, please feel free to bring it and share what you love to make with your fellow parishioners! Please use a disposable serving dish and serving utensil.
Hot dogs, sloppy joes, pulled pork BBQ, water, soft drinks and tableware will be provided by the parish.
We need your help!
If you would like to volunteer in any way to help with the picnic (setting up, cooking, shopping, games, music or other entertainment, cleaning up) please call Chris Kirkpatrick at the OLV office, (814

Schedule of Activities:
- Hot Food available from 4:00PM to 5:30PM
- Organized Games (outside) 5:00PM
- Bingo 6:00PM
