Pilgrimage to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe Hidalgo

Dear families,

I hope you are all doing well and that this Easter season continues to fill your homes with peace and joy.

I would love to personally invite you to join our family for a very special Pilgrimage to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City, from December 7–13, 2026.

This pilgrimage is truly a journey of faith, prayer, and encounter. Some of the highlights include:

  • Walking the Camino de Juan Diego in prayer
  • Visiting the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the miraculous tilma
  • Exploring historic churches and sites of early evangelization
  • Learning about the faith during times of persecution (including Bl. Miguel Pro)
  • Daily Mass, Daily Holy Hour, Daily prayers, and Confession available
  • Sharing meals, fellowship, and time for quiet reflection

Here is what some pilgrims from previous years shared:

“We all loved the pilgrimage. It was a wonderful time to reflect and pray… There were so many beautiful churches and time built in for prayer… we enjoyed the balance of seeing sights with time spent in quiet reflection. But the most important focus was growing closer to Our Heavenly mother.”
— Kathy Roe

“We learned so much about Our Lady of Guadalupe and St. Juan Diego and grew in our devotion to them… We also enjoyed learning about early Mexican history, the conquest and the Aztecs.”
 — Mary S

“What a blessing! The Camino de Juan Diego on the first day set the tone for prayer and reflection for the whole Pilgrimage. I experienced a real sense of Mary’s love and care for me… The pilgrimage ended with a very real sense of her presence. I returned home with a deepened trust that she will lead me to her Son, Jesus…Keep offering these Pilgrimages! I believe that Our Lady of Guadalupe will continue to bless you as you share the full story and significance of her appearances in Mexico, and her love for all mankind.”
— Mark Strub

“I can’t say enough good things about the pilgrimage hosted by Xhonane Olivas and her crew! It was an amazing experience for myself and my three daughters—exponential growth in faith and devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe, and a deeper appreciation of the apparition within its historical and cultural context. The excursions… reinforced everything we learned and experienced. I still can’t get over all we did in seven days; no moment was wasted. It was clear Our Lady was working through this pilgrimage.”
 — Kathy Peters

This pilgrimage is something very close to my heart. I was born in Mexico City and have visited the shrine many times. It is a great joy for me to help others encounter Our Lady of Guadalupe and experience her maternal love.
