What: OLV Parish Picnic
When: Sunday, August 16 – 4:00PM to 7:00PM
Where: OLV School Gym and Grounds
What you can bring:
- Yourselves
- Lawn chairs
- Picnic blanket (if you wish to sit outdoors)
- A dish according to your last name:
- A-N: Dessert
- O-Z: Side Dish (like salads, fresh or cooked veggies, chips, dips, cheese, mac & cheese, etc.)
However, if you have a specialty that you enjoy making for picnics, please feel free to bring it and share what you love to make with your fellow parishioners! Please use a disposable serving dish and serving utensil.

Adults and youth 9th grade and up, if you would like to volunteer to help with the picnic (setting up, clearing tables, kitchen, cleaning up), please use the SIGN UP GENIUS.

Hot dogs, sloppy joes, pulled pork BBQ, water, soft drinks and tableware will be provided by the parish.

- Hot Food available from 4:00PM to 5:30PM
- Organized Games (outside) 5:00PM
- Bingo 6:00PM
