New for 2026-2027: OLV Religious Education is now using FlockNote for registration and communication with families. Follow the steps below to register your children. You can find screenshot and video tutorials for various parts of the process lower on this page. Most of this process only needs to be completed this year. Returning CCD families can register in only a few clicks in future years.

Registering for CCD for the ’26-’27 school year is a two step process:

1. Click here to register your family on the OLV FlockNote.
   • If you are already signed up for the OLV FlockNote, sign in with the email address or phone number you have used in the past. If you’ve never used FlockNote before, enter the email address for the parent who will be the primary contact for your family.
   • If you have an account but don’t remember a password, don’t worry! FlockNote always has you log in by sending a one-time use login code. There are never any passwords for you to remember.
   • Follow the steps in the account creation process to add yourself and all family members to your FlockNote Family. You need to add all children you want to register for CCD to your FlockNote Family.
   • By default, the parent completing the registration process will be the “proxy contact” for each child. They will receive all communications from our staff. There is a tutorial below that shows you how to make a second parent a proxy contact as well so that everyone receives communications.
     
2. Click here to register your children for CCD using this link.
   • Click on a grade level and then select which of your children you’d like to register.
   • A form for additional information appears whenever you check the box next to a name for a grade level. Fill in as much as possible. You can come back later to add/edit info. Required fields are marked with an asterisk(*).
   • Click the green “Sign Them Up!” button after filling out the form. Confetti will fly and you will receive a confirmation email if everything is filled out correctly.
   • All of the information you entered is stored for future years. You will be able to register for CCD classes next year with only a few clicks!
